NARM®: NeuroAffective Relational Model
Neuro Affective Relational Model: NARM is a developmental psychotherapy approach that treats attachment, relational and developmental trauma, or Complex-PTSD. NARM emerged out of Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Attachment Theory, Gestalt Therapy, and diverse Somatic Psychotherapy approach. NARM increases emotional well-being, self-acceptance, and compassion and deepens your capacity to connect with yourself and others.
EMDR®: Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing
EMDR: Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing is a focused approach that treats anxiety, disorders, trauma, and depression. Through bilateral stimulation, you will move through upsetting memories, emotions, beliefs, and body sensations to restore your sense of self to peace and calm.

PIT: Post-Induction Therapy
PIT: Post-Induction Therapy addresses codependency issues resulting from developmental trauma to build healthy relationships and develop emotional maturity.

Teletherapy allows you to get support from the privacy and comfort of your home or office, research shows it is as effective as traditional in-person therapy. I use a secure HIPPA-compliant platform and extend my professional teletherapy services to those in Connecticut and Arizona.
