Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is a standard and well-respected modality that targets problematic thoughts, behavior patterns, emotional distress, and relationship conflicts to help you gain new insights, cope with stress, and overcome life’s challenges.
Neuro Affective Relational Model: NARM is a developmental psychotherapy approach that treats attachment, relational and developmental trauma, or Complex-PTSD. NARM emerged out of Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Attachment Theory, Gestalt Therapy, and diverse Somatic Psychotherapy approach. NARM increases emotional well-being, self-acceptance, and compassion and deepens your capacity to connect with yourself and others.
EMDR: Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing is a focused approach that treats anxiety, disorders, trauma, and depression. Through bilateral stimulation, you will move through upsetting memories, emotions, beliefs, and body sensations to restore your sense of self to peace and calm.
