Isabelle Shook, LPC, PLLC, does accept insurance. For Out of Network Requests, “Super Bills” are available.
As a private pay client, you experience heightened confidentiality through this process and are not restricted to the frequency of our sessions. The client is responsible for all costs associated with therapy.
You may, however, request a “Super Bill” to submit to your insurance company. A Super Bill is a receipt that includes the information required by insurance companies for payment to reimburse you, and it may also be used to count toward your insurance deductible.
