So let’s start with this powerful, safe, and meaningful heart connection.

Safe connections are not easy for everyone particularly for those who have experienced trauma.
Getting help to heal from trauma isn’t always straightforward either.
Talking about trauma can be daunting which is one of the many reasons I founded Equine Guidance® in 2004.
Words aren’t necessary here.⁠ We stop for 3 hours to be, breathe, and to listen to a language older than words, in a safe, beautiful space.
It’s a safe container with views of the healing Sedona Red Rocks.
This quiet space feels warm, welcoming, calm, and sweet. It is our benchmark after we leave the arena and go back into the world.
Just seeing a photo of the horse following your experience, will easily guide you back to this safe, inviting, calm, space of heart coherence, and intuitive intelligece.

The herd welcomes all of our guests to create a beautiful connection and when we do, we effortlessly entrain to the horse’s lower heart rate and respiration which causes us to drop in the parasympathetic nervous system, become perfectly present, and enjoy the touchstone of safety, ease, and an open heart.
This is where the magic happens; creativity, intuitive intelligence, ease, resilience, peace, joy, and freedom are yours.⁠ It’s the giant exhale that we’ve been waiting to allow!

The Equine Guidance® herd supports your growth and healing with a knowing beyond words.
Healing happens through co-regulation. When we’re with the gentle giants, 1200 lb horses, we automatically entrain to their lower their heart rate and respiration.
If the horses sense anything but calm from our nervous systems, they gently guide us into a ventral vagal state and the parasympathetic nervous system, where healing can happen.
We heal in relationship, so who better than to be surrounded and hugged by 360-degree coherence from three sentient beings?

Wayne Dyer is spot on here!
I’m learning to state my intention around everything I do silently or, at times, out loud.
It’s a muscle that we build through repetition and practice.
I'm learning to set my intention for all things ~ driving, cooking, each Session (and each segment of each session), mucking, showering, making phone calls, shopping, social media posts, conversations with my husband, my son, and my parents, and on it goes.
Setting intentions for each situation or segment of my day keeps me present to allow and experience the magic of my intentions as they unfold.
I invite you to join me!
